HOW DO I ORDER?
Platters can be ordered via our CONTACT FORM
Each Platter is made to order, fresh on the day of collection/delivery date.
Payments for all platters must be made upfront to secure your order. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal. Details of these will be sent on confirmation of order.
WHAT DO YOUR PLATTERS INCLUDE?
Information on what’s included with each platter can be found on our Platters section.
Each Platter will come either wrapped or in its presentation platter box.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PLATTERS KEEP FOR?
We always recommend our Platters are consumed on the same day as made. “Consume by” labels are placed on each platter packaging. Full of Zing will not be held responsible for the freshness/quality of produce if consumed past this date.
CAN I COLLECT MY PLATTER?
Yes! At this time we have set collection days, these being Wednesdays & Fridays. Time slots will be allocated for all collections. Customers must stick to this agreed time slot, as this is when your platter will be made ready for.
If for any reason you cannot make the agreed time slot, please let us know ASAP so we can check what next available slot we can offer.
All platters will come placed in a box for transportation. Please place these in a flat area of your car when driving, i.e footwell for smaller platters or boot of car for medium/large platters.
DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes! Delivery slots are available on Thursdays & Saturdays. We are based in Dundee and offer local Dundee delivery only at this time, £3 delivery charge.
ALLERGIES & FOOD INTOLERANCES
Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances well in advance.
Our platters are all made in the same kitchen where the use of allergen ingredients are used very frequently. Therefore there may be a risk of cross contamination.
