Platter Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel or amend orders no later than 24hours before collection/delivery date. After this window, we are unable to process any changes or refunds. We must be notified by email - fullofzing@hotmail.com
Delivery Policy
We do not offer exact delivery time slots. Platters are hand delivered during the hours stated on the order form.
We cover local Dundee, DD1-DD6 addresses for delivery only.

The customer/recipient needs to be readily available to receive the product. If there is no one to receive the product, the platter will be left in a safe place. Failing that, delivery will be attempted to a neighbour. Fresh food products cannot be couriered back to us. It is not Full of Zings responsibility for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will contact the customer by email/text if the above has been done.
Produce Handling
All of our platters are made fresh to order on the day. Please ensure food is kept chilled until ready to consume. We recommend our platters are consumed on the same day they have been prepared on.
Full of Zing will not be held responsible for the quality of the produce beyond our consume by labels found on each platter.
